Brazil Butt Lift At Home Workout

The Brazil Butt Lift workout is another very popular toning and slimming program. And you’ve probably seen the TV program as well. Brazil Butt Lift comes from Beachbody, makers of other super popular and effective programs such as Insanity and P90X.

The appeal is obvious. The developer, Leandro Carvalho, targets one area women spend a lot of time thinking about – the butt. Brazil Butt lift is essentially a combination of Brazilian dance moves, up tempo cardio and emphasis on lower body sculpting moves. All of these are designed to tone, firm, and lift/shape the butt.

The real secret of the program is the TriAngle Training method. This process addresses the three major muscle areas of the buttocks from different angles. Doing so supports reduction in the hips, saddlebags, thighs and butt.


Here’s the breakdown on the program:

The Workouts:

  • Bum Bum: the main workout which combines up tempo cardio with lower body sculpting moves. (35 minutes)
  • High & Tight: targeted zone workout that focuses on hips, butt and saddlebags. Light leg weights get incorporated into this workout. (35 minutes)
  • Sculpt: total body workout focused on body sculpting with emphasis on your glutes. (50 minutes)
  • Cardio Axe: high tempo, dance-based workout to drive cardio and burn fat. (30 minutes)
  • Tummy Tuck: ab focused workout for 15 minutes. (15 minutes)
