While at first glance it appears to be intimidating, the truth about Insanity is you can go at your own pace and see results quickly. Sean T will even tell you repeatedly to go at your own pace and not at the pace you see on screen. The movements are simple and no equipment is required. But while the movements are simple, Insanity will push you as hard as you want to. In other words, simple movements but difficulty can ratchet up quickly if you like. We saw good results within four weeks on this program – significant body toning/slimming, strength and endurance.

We would definitely classify Calorie Count as a behavior modification tool, as you enter what you eat each day. So you begin to think about what you eat, before you eat it.  Very effective!

Calorie Count analyzes what you eat and how many calories you burn each day, to arrive at net total of calories burned. Complete selection of exercises and foods built in to the app from which to select.
